Driven by their passion for music from a very young age, Louis and Suzanne
Lemoine, two brother and sister who form the group Des Roses, have just released
a new title "Le Chalet" from their first album which will be released in September.
Born of musician parents, it is in their fraternity that the group’s aerial and deep
melodies take body and soul, as a creative but organized fusion. Louis writes and
composes, while Suzanne makes arrangements for the aerial tunes that come to
life in l’Île d'Yeu, the family home.
It is in this island in the bay of Vendée that Des Roses was born and it is this
island which will serve as a dreamlike setting for their new album. The naturally
beautiful and simple landscape of l’Île d’Yeu inspired the siblings’ melodies and
melancholic lyrics, an emotional tribute to their deceased father.
The songs are about loss, how unfair and lonely a never-ending quest for serenity
can feel. Des Roses (a beach on l’Île d’Yeu), is an empathetic and lyrical aero-pop
symphony that will only do good to your soul and warm up your heart.
