How long do I have to make a return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days.

How do I make a(n) return/exchange?

1. Request a(n) return or exchange logging into your account with your order number.
2. Print out the order confirmation email and insert it in your package.
3. Put your return slip on your package
4. Drop your package off at the nearest post office.
5. Check your emails to follow your return

How much is the return shipping cost?

There are free returns on products that were damaged showing malfunction, or non-conformity. The return must be placed within 14 days. If you request a refund or exchange, there are costs. 

What are the conditions for a(n) return/exchange?

Returned products must be in their original condition with their sleeves and packaging.
They must be returned within 14 days of receipt and be accompanied by the order confirmation email.
If the refund/exchange is requested for reasons other than a fault made by us, the product will only be taken back if it has not been used or opened.

What is the refund period?

Your refund will automatically be placed within 40 days after receipt and verification of your package. The amount will be equivalent to the price of the returned item(s).
