DONT MAKE THIS WEIRD is an independent Welsh artist making alt-art-pop inspired by his experiences of queer love, lust, and heartbreak. Critically acclaimed by I-D, NOWNESS, DIY, Attitude, Billboard Pride, and CLASH who called him a ‘startling new talent’. With over a million streams combined, he’s received support from Spotify, BBC Introducing and The Jo Whiley Show, which named him 'Obsession of the Week’

Recent shows include Dalston Superstore, Heaven, Vogue Fabrics, FOCUS Wales, Liverpool Sound City, NXNE, Toronto Pride and Sŵn. An album launch show it set for May 2025 at Omeara.

DONT MAKE THIS WIERD recently received the PPL Momentum Sbardun Award which has contributed towards the making of his forthcoming debut album. Made in collaboration with co-producers with Gethin Pearson (Charli XCX, KennyHoopla) and Oscar Moos (Col3trane, Eyelar). The record is set to drop March 2025.
