SHAMAN is Brooklyn-based artist StLAROK's self-produced homage to the 90's era of hardcore Hip Hop. Drawing inspiration from the gritty sounds of Wu-Tang, J Dilla, and Portishead, hard drums and dark sample chops set the tone for sharp, introspective lyrics. With a delivery reminiscent of some of Rap's most legendary MC's, intricate wordplay and vivid storytelling create a landscape showcasing StLAROK's skills with the pen, and on the mic.
