Cousin Stizz - Suffolk County

If you're interested in hip-hop from the US, then you've probably heard of Boston's Cousin Stizz. Stephen Goss, known by his nickname Cousin, is an American rapper and songwriter from Dorchester, Massachusetts, and is represented by RCA Records.

Cousin's dynamic is truly ingenious– he is dedicated to good sound without trying to prove anything. He doesn’t try to make big musical splits, Cousin is far from all that, at least for now ! He has devoted himself to what he knows best.

Almost every song on Suffolk County has a half-sung, incredibly catchy hook. Like "Shoutout," none of them are big or overproduced. Either way, they are always memorable. "Fresh Prince" is the best example of Cousin Stizz's ability to slyly etch words into your brain. He raps in a slow, deliberate cadence for the first two and a half minutes of the song, repeating phrases but not changing his tone or flow to distinguish the hook of the verse.

Russ, Chomp 2

Now let us present to you Russ and his gem CHOMP 2. Russ delivers the sequel of his first album CHOMP, but this time featuring renowned artists, such as Snoop Dogg, Papoose, or The Game. Longer than his first album, CHOMP 2 was just as well received by his fans and to the public in general. With his own unique way of rapping, Russ reinvents rap with his unique verse structure and artistic flare.

The signed color editions are already sold out, but there are still some black edition vinyl records and CDs for the last lucky ones!

Chynna - Drug Opera

Produced posthumously after the tragic death of rapper and model Chynna, Drug Opera is a celebration of her artistry and short lived career. While fans mourned her death, the release of her album in 2021 to pay tribute to the talent of the young woman. The title and all songs included have been selected and produced before her death and produced with the consent of her family.

Wiz Khalifa, Big K.R.I.T, Smoke DZA & Girl Talk, Full Court Press

The Full Court Press album is a collaboration between Wiz Khalifa, Big K.R.I.T., Smoke DZA and Girl Talk paying tribute to ten years of friendship between the artists, with sounds that trace the advent of their respective careers. Released in April, the new album mixes sounds from the 70's and 80's, while maintaining each artist's style, and is considered to be a true return to their roots.

SahBabii – Squidtastic

Last but not least: Sahbii needs no presentation ! At just 25 years old he has asserted himself in the Rap cultural landscape. His incredible album Squidtastic is a combination of childlike obsession of squids and a real testimony of his talent. It is funny, full of love, gets you moving and grooving and more importantly unique. This album is a compilation of his entire work.
