BEIGE is the first solo piano album by Mattias Mimoun. Through ten original compositions and a reinterpretation of Blue in Green by Bill Evans, the artist delivers an intimate and cinematic body of work where neo-classical music, jazz, and contemporary pop sensibilities converge.

Recorded in a single day in the studio, BEIGE explores emotional nuances between silence, memory, and contemplation. Minimalist yet deeply inhabited, the album unfolds an elegant and timeless universe, somewhere between the purity of Erik Satie and the harmonic lyricism of Bill Evans.

A musician, producer, and performer renowned for his cross-disciplinary approach to the piano, Mattias Mimoun has collaborated with artists such as Polo & Pan, DJ Pone, and Keren Ann, while also developing a distinctive “piano DJ set” concept blending classical culture, jazz, hip-hop, and electronic music.

Born during the lockdown period, BEIGE marks a major artistic turning point: a personal, sensitive, and accessible project conceived as a soundtrack for suspended moments.
