Rigby Lake - Indian Summer

Rigby Lake was formed in 2023 by Multi-instrumentalists and songwriters Carson Dayley and Ashley Richardson. Writing songs about the longing for summer and a simpler time (Dayley having started college and Richardson at the end of teen years). Their music is heavily inspired by Folk and Rock artists of the 20th century including the Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Eagles and Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers. The shimmery sound of modern indie pop music is melded into this vintage music taste to create the dreamy, fun sound that defines their 2023 album "Indian Summer". Dayley spent years learning the art of music production and song writing, all culminating in this coming of age album. Indian Summer deals with themes of loss, fear of the unknown, grief, all disguised as a careless pop album that anyone could sing along to.
