Looking to daydream? To float? To feel like being a 15-year-old girl with a heavy heart? Fancy some electric guitars plugged into transmission poles? Progressive rock at the end-of-year party? Or zombie video games from the 90s? Do you want to soar above the suburbs, carried away by a ghostly choir of teenagers?
Jean-Benoît Dunckel has penned the fantastic soundtrack to Olivier Babinet's Normale. Just like when he composed the music for Sofia Coppola’s The Virgin Suicides as part of the group Air, Dunckel continues to create tracks which touch the heart. After Swagger and Poissonsexe, Normale is Dunckel and Babinet's third collaboration. You can expect a soundtrack that reaches emotional heights, plunges into darkness, and then suddenly lights up.
