From When We Fade Into Oblivion is a dark ambience album representing the dying messages of a future society, marking as the last reminders of their existence. It mixes mundane noises, like conversations and human voices, with dreadful pianos, synths and strings, as the world starts to fade away. I meant it to have an abstract interpretation, so melodies can be melancholic or blissful, happy or sad, depending on the listener, however, the everpresent mark of time is always present. I also took inspiration from The Caretaker, specifically from Persistent Repetitions Of Phrases, since I love its style.
AllFormer is a musical project about stories. It's a project about the subconscious. It's a project about the human condition.
I make music that seeks to have a connection with the listener, to induce that sweet transcendent state of art. I love making music, and I love to tell stories. Stories of what is, of what could've been or what has already been. I strive to make meaningful experiences for the listener, be it blissful or lachrymose.
My stories center around humanity, our feelings, our history, and our eventual oblivion. After all, we're just tiny specs of a larger thing we can barely comprehend. And as we venture into the subjective, the elusive and the bizarre, I hope to transport you to an atmospheric story and leave you out of it feeling like it was worth your time.
