Behind this somewhat enigmatic name hides Jean-Philippe Verdin from Brittany, France.
After a happy childhood between a jazz fan father and classical musician sisters and thanks to his influences, jazz, mods, ska or pop, he evolved within several groups on keyboard and composition.
But during a rave in 1991, he discovered house music and became convinced that "this is where it happens". His journey took him from the baggy movement of Manchester, to the pioneers of Detroit and Chicago, then on to drum 'n' bass. He then decided to leave his group to compose on his own in his home studio.
