Estate is a very melodic track with very pure sounds in a deep house style, it pushes to the escape and gives desire to move, it is the result of a long period of realization and finally closed by a beautiful collaboration with 2sad which brings the breathing and the pleasure in the final listening.

Letvink's remix is very progressive, very effective on the dancefloor, it takes the melodic touch while giving a more aerial and deep techno style, Letvink associated with substrack in the artistic direction of the label You're next. 

Long time friend, Nicolas Cuer, signs this incredible melodic techno remix, he was very inspired when listening to the original track and honoured us with his presence on this release for the pleasure of our ears.
