PLASTIC GIRL IN CLOSET, a three-piece band from Iwate Prefecture in northeastern Japan, released their sixth original album in September 2020.
The band studied music theory thoroughly from the basics, and spent more than three years working on their arrangements to complete this masterpiece.
Their signature melodies, full of sadness and sweet-sourness, are still intact, and they have renewed their new rock style with dramatically evolving scales and chords, and dynamic lyrical landscape changes woven throughout.
The band's dramatic growth has jumped over two or three musical genres, and Japanese rock music has begun to change with a bang. Have you noticed?
