Description
During lockdown, I figured I might work on my guitar, learn to speak Italian, bake my own bread, and God knows what else, but in the end, I did much better than that.
I reconnected with the simple pleasure of making music for myself. Music as a shelter, the kind that gives you chills. When it’s dark out, the light you look for is within.
It is a spontaneous gesture: create rather than hone.
The result is "Cluster" I & II. 2 x 20 minutes of continuous trippy music, parenthesis music for a parenthesis year. Bon voyage !
The "Cluster" vinyl comes in 180g, transparent disc and returned cardboard finish.

Pierre III is Pierre Leroux’s new avatar. He was the founding member of Housse de Racket with Victor Le Masne. Within Housse de Racket, Pierre got the opportunity to work with Philippe Zdar (Cassius), Renaud Létang, Gonzales, Christophe, The Rapture, Two Door Cinema Club…
After releasing three albums and touring the world with this duet, from Coachella to Japan, the producer/musician/singer has started a new outlet to express himself freely.
Recently having played guitar for Myd or Christine and the Queens, remixed Metronomy or LA Priest, produced Judah Warsky, been remixed by Bon Voyage Organisation, Pierre III has kept busy with multiple collaborations. In the past, we've also seen Pierre on stage playing for Phoenix, in the studio with Jean-Benoit Dunckel (Air), Brigitte Fontaine & Jean-Claude Vannier to name a few.
After Touché followed by Mouvement, two tracks selected by La Souterraine for their compilations, Pierre III now presents his first critically acclaimed mixtapes: Cluster I & II.
One long journey, like an invitation to dream away, a field of experimentation ostensibly walking away from the pop song format.
2 x 20 minutes of uninterrupted music, entirely written, recorded and mixed by Pierre during lockdown.
