Description
My first vinyl project, hoping to release some music as an exclusive for any fans who are into vinyl records, whether they're collectors or otherwise. Wishful thinking, but who knows, maybe one day these will be worth something ;)
"For the Pretzel" contains selected tracks from throughout my own discography as well as the inclusion of some purchase-exclusive material. Along with the physical record, there is an additional bonus of some favorite tracks that are included digitally, as well as some unreleased material.
"Raybshot" is an electronic music project that combines a myriad of popular electronic and acoustic based genres, embellished with signature satirical tropes and a whimsical imagination from its creator: Ray Birkett. These spins on conventional musical norms give the "Raybshot" project a unique creative edge as Birkett gives takes on different genres.
Producing music as a means of an artistic outlet has opened a whole new perspective on the creation process, and having spent years learning technique and building upon skills, Birkett developed an intense passion in the role of sound design and nature of analog synthesis.
Birkett also loves to experiment and break traditional music rules, as a wide variety of genre-defying artists from throughout history inspire his own musical endeavors.
