Mrs Wilson’s Mystical Experience are vocalist Matt Schott and composer Al Quarterman. Based in Cheshire and inspired by their region, the duo blends ice cold synths with penetrating lyrics in just the right amounts to break your heart.

They first worked together in the late 90s before life intervened. Mrs Wilson’s Mystical Experience was formed in 2016 off the back of discussions about politics, society and the future. The songs are about loss and futility but also (and ultimately) about hope and passion. The main theme is the search for something kept hidden just beyond your reach by failing systems... but still very much within it.”
