'Fall of an Empire' is a mix of classic Thrash (Anthrax, Testament, Slayer, etc) and New Wave of American Heavy Metal (Lamb of God, Shadows Fall, Trivium, etc). 'Fall of an Empire' is full of head banging grooves for all mosh pit enthusiasts.
One of New Mexico's predominant Metal bands, Regicide is a great mix of Thrash with New Wave of American Heavy Metal. Hailing from the Southwestern United States, Regicide consists of four guys ready to bring their brand of unique sound to the world. With an arsenal of original music ready to be unleashed, Regicide provides audiences with a live show full of presence, energy and power.
Formed in 2006 in Las Cruces, N.M., Regicide slowly wrote and practiced music in dorm rooms, garages, apartments, and living rooms. They soon became a staple in the local music scene in NM opening for bands such as Warbringer and Hemlock.
Regicide's first full length LP, "Fall of an Empire," was released May 19, 2015.
