Bruce Mississippi Johnson - The Deal Baby

Living Blues Awardee Bruce Mississippi Johnson released his long-awaited debut album ‘ The Deal Baby’ in May 2017 marking a milestone in his career that spans nearly 38 years. "The Deal Baby" consists of 12 original songs by Bruce and Johan Dalgaard, with a sound that straddles contemporary old school blues, soul & funky music, which is as original and inventive as the man himself. The rhythmic backbone bears testament to Bruce and Johan's shared love of blues, soul and funky music. The album was recorded at Studio Davout and Studio De La Reine in Paris, France. It was auto produced by Bruce and Johan and mixed by Grammy Award-winning sound engineer Veronica Ferraro at Super Sonic Scale Studios in France.
