1. Contest Organizer

Diggers Factory (hereinafter “the Organizer”) is running a free contest with no purchase required, allowing artists (and labels) to try to win a free vinyl pressing (hereinafter “the Contest”).


The Contest is open without geographic restriction.

2. Purpose of the Contest

The Contest allows one artist to win:

• A vinyl pressing valued up to €2,000 (incl. VAT), including production, selected options, and shipping. There is no obligation to reach this amount, and no compensation is provided if the total is lower.

The Organizer also covers:

• The online pre-order setup of the project on Diggers Factory

• Shipping once the vinyl is produced

3. Eligibility Requirements

Participation is open to any adult individual acting as an artist or representing a project via a label.


The participant declares and guarantees that they:

• Have a fully finalized and technically usable track ready for pressing (the music does not need to be already released)

• Hold all necessary rights for the pressing and distribution of the project (music, samples, artwork)

• Submit only one entry

• Agree to be contacted by the Diggers Factory sales team, even if not selected

The participant must provide:

• A finalized sleeve artwork, or at minimum a front cover visual

• Final audio files

For the winner only:

• Provide an unboxing video upon receiving the vinyl

Diggers Factory staff and individuals involved in organizing the contest cannot participate.

4. Entry Process

Participation is done through an online form on a dedicated page, requiring the creation of a Diggers Factory account.

Participants must provide:

• Artist or label name (+ project name)

• Email address (created via the account)

• Link to the music intended for pressing

• Optional comment

Any incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent entry may be rejected.

5. Selection & Draw

5.1 Project Validation

The Organizer verifies that submitted projects are technically ready and meet the eligibility criteria.

No artistic evaluation is performed.

5.2 Random Draw

A fair and impartial draw is conducted among validated entries.

Only one winner is selected.

6. Vinyl Pressing Process

Before the pre-order goes live, the winner must provide:

• Final audio files

• All artwork required for vinyl manufacturing

The artist (or label) then chooses, in collaboration with the Diggers Factory team:

• Vinyl color

• Size (12", 10", 7")

• Weight

• Sleeve type

• Additional options, etc.

The €2,000 budget generally corresponds to a pressing of around 300 standard vinyl records (for reference only; actual cost depends on options).

If the total cost exceeds €2,000, the artist (or label) may cover the difference.

7. Pre-order Process

The winning project is made available for pre-order exclusively on Diggers Factory until the production of the vinyl is completed.

After the pre-order period:

• The Organizer ships the vinyl to customers who placed a pre-order

• Remaining vinyl from the funded pressing is shipped to the artist (or label)

The artist (or label) may choose to leave part of the remaining stock with Diggers Factory for continued sales on the website, subject to agreement.


No production or shipping timeline is guaranteed, as these depend on pressing plant schedules.

8. Organizer Commitments

Diggers Factory undertakes to:

• Conduct a fair and impartial draw

• Cover the pressing costs up to €2,000 (incl. VAT)

• Set up the project for pre-order on the website

• Ship customer pre-orders

• Send the remaining vinyl to the artist (or label)

• Guide the artist’s graphic designer to adapt artwork to vinyl sleeve format (the base artwork must be provided by the artist)

9. Winner Obligations

The winner agrees to:

• Provide all required materials in the correct format

• Respect validation deadlines throughout production

• Produce an unboxing video upon reception of the vinyl

• Authorize Diggers Factory to use their artist/label name, visuals, and music excerpts for communication about the contest

10. Liability

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for:

• Production or shipping delays

• Content submitted by participants

• Any copyright or related rights disputes

The participant indemnifies the Organizer against any claims related to the submitted content.

11. Personal Data

Collected data is used to:

• Manage contest entries

• Announce results

• Allow commercial follow-up with participants

By entering, participants agree to be contacted by Diggers Factory.


Data is not sold or shared with external third parties.

Each participant has a right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete their personal data.

12. Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the Contest constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

13. Changes or Cancellation

Diggers Factory may modify, postpone, or cancel the Contest in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, without compensation.

14. Applicable Law

The Contest is governed by French law.

Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
