Chicago based artist Senite is a singer, songwriter, and musician who heavily utilizes the smooth, rhythmic flow of acoustic guitar, along with melodic aspects of contemporary music to culminate a sound representative of her experiences and worldly outlook. A product of Uptown-based non profit, Peoples Music School, Senite draws inspiration from the legendary Chicago artists that have come before her, as well as her peers. By combining Alternative Rhythm and Blues, Hip-Hop, and Folk music, Senite has created a unique sound that has captured the ears of people who reside not only in Chicago, but around the world. Since her emergence as a performer, poet, singer, and rapper at the young age of 7, Senite’s continuous output has helped her develop an ever-growing fan base.
