The follow-up to CONTRAST, THERAPY is gabby’s first full-length endeavor. When CONTRAST was first released, it looked choppy and out of place. The subject matter needed to be cohesive, yet there was a lot to cover and a 6-track record wasn’t enough.

Gabby went through a rekindling of a relationship that had ups and downs from November 2021 to August 2022. He casually penned 9 songs during that time that described how emotionally taxing the phase was.
