We can’t reinvent the wheel but we sure can pimp it out and add some new flavour to it. This is what we in intend to do at What Is Hip? Recordings and keep adding to the already great musical tapestry. Headed by London based musician/producer/ DJ Ziggy Funk this is a platform for music to shine in all its colour and funky glows. This compilation is the story so far with what has been digitally released along with some unreleased cuts yet to be unleashed to the world. The low key vibes of the sunrise section eases you into the sound of the label while the sunset selection pushes on with serious groove to round off your listening experience.
