Hip Hop Trip Hop Electro with a Balkan twist!
Mixing up different influences yet retaining a distinctive sound

Il est des villes fantômes souvent bien plus animées que nos cités traditionnelles. Celle dans laquelle vit l'anglo-écossais Rael, alias Spektah Gadjo, est assurément de celles-ci.
Les os claquent, les âmes swinguent et les morts se déhanchent sur cette tambouille spatio-temporelle hors du commun. Des samples venus de l'âge d'or du hip-hop, des "nineties" jusqu'aux basses ultra violentes de la drum'n'bass qui retrouvent peu à peu grâce aux oreilles du monde, tout y passe. Mais ce qu'adorent par dessus tout les habitants de Ghostown, ce sont ces touches de musique des Balkans qui apportent toute sa saveur à une musique déjà bien épicée. Trompettes, violons, clarinettes... Cette ville fantôme pourrait s'appeler Belgrade !

Reflectionz was released in 2008 and the CD was distributed by Musicast in France
The songs "Accordéon" and "Reflections" went on to be some of our most popular tracks, and display a kind of festive atmosphere along with the crazy "Whyte Coatz"
Elsewhere Moy Moy Moy and Ghostown bring an interesting mix of trip hop rock and electronic music.
Dolphin and Whisky Boat are the two instrumental abstract hip hop tracks on the album.

Ghostown is the brainchild of Rael originally from the UK who came to France in 2002 and started collaborating with JeaSon (scratch) and for this album Baptizer (guitar)

The group toured around France and played along side Chinese Man, Balkan Beatbox, Wax Taylor, Lee Scratch Perry, Beat Assaillant, Dj Cam,

Since Reflectionz, Ghostown released "Spektah Gadjo" in 2013 moving deeper into Balkan influences
and are preparing some new releases for 2018/19

Ghostown have also collaborated with Degiheugi, UHT°, Monsieur Grandin, Smokey Joe and the Kid, Hubwar, Waan, L'oeuf Raide,
